Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stick My Pics. This page explains how we make, ship, and deliver your order. Because every item is custom-printed for you, the total time you wait is the sum of production time and transit time.

Production Time

Each order is printed to your specifications. Our standard production time is 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Please note: If you choose to check out first and upload your photos later, the production timeline begins only after we have received and verified your uploaded images. Larger orders or items with complex personalization may take slightly longer; if so, we will reach out before production begins.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS at a standard flat rate. Your final shipping cost is clearly calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

Transit Time

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by weather or carrier capacity.

Order Confirmation & FTC Mail Order Rule

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout. In accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule, if we cannot ship your order within the stated production window (or, if no time was stated, within 30 days of receiving your photos), we will notify you and you may consent to a delay or, at your option, cancel for a full refund.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or returned because of an incorrect address may require a re-shipping fee at the customer's expense.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please first contact USPS to file a trace, then email us so we can assist you.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please email orders@stickmypics.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We do not require you to ship damaged personalized items back — please keep them; we will arrange a remake at no cost. See our Refund Policy for full remake details.

All orders are produced and shipped from our facility in Tampa, Florida, United States.
