This Privacy Policy explains how Stick My Pics ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our online store, upload photos, place an order, or contact us. Customer-Uploaded Photos & Personalization Text

Our products are made to order using photos and text that you upload during or after checkout. We treat these uploads as sensitive personal data.

  • We use uploaded photos and personalization text strictly to produce and ship your order.
  • We do not use customer-uploaded photos for marketing, social media, website examples, or any other purpose, unless you have given separate, explicit consent (for example, by checking a dedicated opt-in box).
  • Uploaded images are processed through our personalization application NINEMAGS and our e-commerce platform Shopify, strictly to fulfill your order.
  • Photos are retained for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any remake or warranty claim, and meet tax and accounting record-keeping obligations. After that period, files are deleted from active production storage.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers & contact data — name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, IP address.
  • Commercial information — order history, order details, returns, remake requests.
  • Customer-uploaded content — photos and personalization text you submit for your order.
  • Internet activity & tracking — pages viewed, cookies, Meta/TikTok pixels, Google Analytics identifiers, device and browser data used for marketing and performance tracking.
  • Geolocation — approximate location derived from IP address for fraud prevention and tax.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of tracking pixels (such as Meta and TikTok) for marketing may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under laws like the CCPA/CPRA. To opt out of this sharing, email orders@stickmypics.com or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer.

How We Use Information

  • Process, produce, and ship your custom orders.
  • Communicate order updates and customer-support replies.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
  • Comply with tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations (including state requirements in Florida).
  • Send marketing emails or SMS messages — only if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email or following SMS opt-out instructions.

Service Providers & Third Parties

We share personal information with third-party processors strictly to operate the store and market our products: Shopify (e-commerce platform and payment processing), NINEMAGS (product personalization), shipping carriers such as USPS, and our analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta, TikTok). Each provider is bound to use your information securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Your Privacy Rights

California (CCPA / CPRA) & Other U.S. state consumers (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws): You have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (including targeted advertising). You also have the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

To exercise any right, email orders@stickmypics.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact orders@stickmypics.com and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS). No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
